Beorn

Beorn is a handsome young man, born on 9/21/10 to Autumn, one of our German Shepherds. It appears that his father was a Border Collie or a Labrador. He's medium-sized at around 60-65 pounds, with a medium energy level. He likes to stay active but doesn't last long.

Beorn is very affectionate and prefers to be as close to his person as possible. He's extremely easy-going, loves to ride in the car and just be around you. He doesn't like to stay alone yet but does calm down quickly. He is housebroken and crate-trained. He has some basic obedience and responds to Sit, Stay, Down and Shake most readily. He is very well-mannered but needs to be kept occupied.

He has been fostered with multiple dogs and is very well-behaved. He shows some prey drive towards cats and birds, so he needs a home without small critters.

Beorn just loves to be with people as much as possible. He plays fetch well and seems to really enjoy it as well. He looking for a moderately active family with another dog buddy to play with.

NO CATS, BIRDS or SMALL CRITTERS.

This is a Level 2 dog!
