DynaDyna Head

Dyna is a petite, approximately 2 year old bi-color German Shepherd mix weighing in at roughly 50 lbs. She has a higher energy level than some GSDs, although not over the top, Dyna will need an active home where she gets daily exercise and has a larger, male dog as a playful companion. Dyna came to us as an owner surrender after Good Samaritans found her on their property and held her for the legal stray hold time. She currently resides with another large, playful male Malinois mix who tires her out with constant play.

This little lady quickly became a volunteer favorite throughout GCGSR. She is incredibly friendly and very social! Her foster has taken her camping, to restaurants, and even to work with him. So ideally, we will be looking for the same type of permanent home, where she is included on family/social outings. Dyna is house broken, crate trained, and working on basic obedience. She walks very nicely on a leash with a correction collar, and also takes correction nicely.

The home we are looking for for Dyna would be one where she is given boundaries, continued socialization and training, along with another large, energetic male dog to keep her company. A home where she will be outside 8+ hours a day would be less than an ideal situation for her.

When adopted, Dyna will come with a free 6 week training course, courtesy of All About Dog Obedience, in Lincoln, CA so that she can continue the training she has been working on.

Dyna need a home with no cats or small furry critters (including small dogs).
