GloryGlory Head

Glory is a 3-4 month old, gorgeous sable girl who was an unclaimed stray out of Butte County so nothing is known about her background. At the shelter she got to be known as the tornado, going a little stir crazy in her kennel, but now in a foster home, she has settled down, and interacts appropriately with all the other dogs around her.

Even at this age, Glory is showing signs of some significant prey drive. She is very intent on the resident outdoor cat and keys in on turkeys and other wildlife around the property. While at this age, she doesn't quite know what to do when the cat approaches her, care needs to be taken with small furry critters as she matures.

Glory is very friendly with everyone she has met thus far, although has razor sharp needle teeth, and little puppy claws, that are used to jump up on you to get your attention. This little girl is convinced she is a lap dog. She seems to have an interest in fetch, and likes to chase objects, but has no clue about bringing them back. She enjoys swimming in the plastic pool, and was quite good while getting a bath.

Glory is learning to settle in her crate at night, and while not quite housebroken, seems to be getting the concept. She so far has settled nicely in a crate for car rides, and seems to enjoy them.

Glory will need an experienced owner who understands leadership, boundaries and training, as she needs to be kept busy and mentally challenged on a regular basis. She will be easy to train, and she is always looking for something to do, but that will make her more demanding to keep from getting bored.

NO CATS OR CRITTERS!

This is a Level 3 Dog. Please be sure you understand what a dog of this Level requires.
