HulaliHulali Head

SPECIAL NEEDS

Hulali is a gorgeous, 10-month old black and tan long-coat. She was an owner surrender to a local shelter due to landlord issues. She loves getting attention, playing vigorously, and being around people. Although she was primarily an outdoor dog, Hulali has taken nicely to indoor life, and seems housebroken.

Since she is still a puppy she will need some training. She is good around both male and female dogs, and lived with a chihuahua in her previous home. Unknown how she is with cats. She tends to try to herd children, she corrects easily, but should probably not go to a home with small children.

Hulali has been diagnosed with seizure disorder (epilepsy) and will need medication for the rest of her life. The medication she takes is relatively inexpensive and she takes one pill twice a day, and has not had a seizure since she has adjusted to her medication.

Hulali rides very nicely in the car, and sleeps quietly in a crate at night. She knows some basic commands such as Sit and Down, and walks fairly nicely on a leash.
