Junebug

Junebug is a pretty petite 10-12 month old female who was an unclaimed stray from the Modesto Shelter. She is energetic and playful, and quick to roll over for a belly rub. She is currently in a home with 3 other young dogs. She loves playing in the water, and following her person around the house.

Junebug is not a big fan of her crate yet, so crate training is still a work in progress. She appears to be housebroken, and sleeps quietly on the floor, loose in the house at night. She has fairly good leash manners, but like any young dog could use continued training on her basic skills. She rides in the car fine, and has liked everyone she has met so far.

Junebug is looking for an active family to continue her socialization and training, and one that will involve her in daily activities to keep her learning and stimulated. It also appears she may be able to live with a dog-savvy cat.
