Lyra has the most 'lab-like' personality of the bunch. She is happy, energetic, very kissy, and her tail is always wagging. Lyra is also currently the heaviest of the bunch weighting in at 9 lbs, a full pound more than her smaller sister. That's because Lyra has never met a food bowl she didn't like. She was the first to sample solid food, and doesn't leave the bowl until every last morsel is gone. Because of this, Lyra may need an exercise program and supervised food intake as she gets older.

Lyra loves every person she's met, but absolutely adores chasing around the yard with the big dogs. She will pester and charm the big dogs until they play with her, sometimes staying outside long after other siblings have come in just so she can hang with the bigger dogs. She is the most submissive of her siblings, and prefers to roll on her back to play. Lyra must go to a home with other large dogs that she can play. An active family would be ideal for this little on the go bundle of energy.
