Nicki Lee

Nicki Lee is a pretty female with soulful eyes, approximately 3 years old and weighing about 65 lbs. Found as a stray in the Modesto area, a good samaritan took her in and provided food, shelter and TLC for about a month before turning her over to our group.

This girl has had puppies sometime in her past. She is very affectionate and energetic. She is learning house manners, basic obedience, and working toward being housebroken.

Food is her motivator, but she needs reminders to not jump up and to wait patiently at feeding time. Living easily with other dogs in her foster home, she is also no problem to the resident dog-savvy cats. She gets into a car easily, but is restless and doesn't settle down easily when in the car.

Nicki Lee loves to be in her crate, as long as someone is nearby, and sleeps through the night without complaint. At times, she can be quite vocal. Nicki would prefer dog companionship or a home with someone who can spend most of their time with her. Further socialization & obedience training will bring out the best in this nice girl.
