Nolla

Nolla is a stocky, medium-sized girl between 1-2 years old. She was an unclaimed stray from Modesto with 7 puppies in tow. She has a classic black and tan coat with a hint of red.

She came to her foster home with no house manners and was very timid around people. She has settled into house living very nicely. She is housebroken and will go into a crate without fuss at night or when her people leave, although she would prefer to sleep on a blanket near her people. She will counter-surf and trashcan-dive if left alone too long.

She gets along with the male dogs in her foster home and has started to play with them a little bit, but has shown no interest in roughhousing or toys. She is very interested in the resident cat, but is easily redirected. She knows some basic commands and is learning leash manners. She is a good alarm barker in the house, but can be a bit of a nuisance barker if left outside too long. It's unknown how she is around children at this time.

Nolla would be best in a quiet home where she can hang out with her people as much as possible. She needs someone who is firm, yet soft-spoken to continue her training.

This is a Level 2 Dog
