Sam Malone is a handsome, black and tan male, approximately 3 months old. He and his six siblings were taken in at a local shelter, but little background information was provided. Sam was the biggest of the litter and wanted to dominate the rest of the puppies. He is the last available puppy from this litter.
Currently he's living in a home with an adult female German Shepherd who doesn't like to engage in play. Sam does respond well to her corrections, so another patient large dog would be ideal for this boy. It appears he will grow up to be a good sized adult dog.
Sam has high puppy energy. He is quite smart and is learning to sit, is partially house trained and can use a dog door. He also sleeps in a crate in the bedroom through the night. He is very confident, sociable and meets new dogs well.
A home committed to continued training and socialization are important for a young pup in their formative months of life.
Cats and small critters are unknown.
This is a Level 3 Dog. Please be sure you understand what a dog of this Level requires.
