Savannah

Savannah is a gorgeous 3 year old female, black and tan with a medium length coat, one flop ear, and medium-sized at about 70 pounds. She was adopted out as an older puppy and returned to us when her owner became unable to care for her. 

Savannah gets along with the other large dogs in her foster home, and previously lived with a cat, so may be able to again with careful supervision. She is a whirlwind to watch, doing everything at full speed.

Savannah has quite a bit of training under her belt and has great obedience and fairly good recall. She is very strong-willed, and a little bossy. With strong leadership and continued structure and guidance, Savannah will continue to be an awesome dog.

Savannah would like a home with another large male dog to play with. She is currently somewhat reactive to smaller dogs.

Savannah is a gorgeous 6-8 month female puppy.  She is black and red with a medium length coat.  She was an unclaimed stray in the Sacramento area so nothing is known about her background. 
 
Savannah gets along with the other large dogs in her foster home, and with careful supervision may be able to live with a cat.  She is a whirlwind to watch, doing everything at full speed.  She is very strong willed, and a little bossy.  She also likes to jump up and is mouthy, although is quickly learning that is not acceptable behavior.  She is just learning some basic manners, although sometimes she forgets - picking up a shoe and running away with it is one of her favorite games. With some patience and work Savannah will be a great family member.
 
Savannah would like a home with another large dog to play with.  It is unknown how she is with smaller dogs.
