Sheba LeeSheba Lee Head

Sheba Lee is a 5-6 year old solid black 80 pound girl. She was an unclaimed stray out of the Modesto Shelter so nothing is known of her background. Considering the conditions of her coat at the shelter, it looked like she had little care and was kept outside. Since she has been out of the shelter, she has quickly bonded with her foster, and is friendly with the other 7 dogs in the house although she is dominant.

Sheba Lee appears housebroken, crate trained, and knows "sit" and "down" commands. She walks well on leash and only requires minimum corrections. She has a willing to please attitude, and doesn't want to be in trouble. Her focus and attention she gives her handler would make her a star in any training class that she would be enrolled.

Sheba Lee rides well in the car, and just wants to follow her person around the house, resting at their feet when they sit down. She will bark and whine when left alone in the kennel, but responds immediately to the correction of a bark collar.

The perfect home for Sheba Lee would be settled family or retired couple who like to go on walks and possibly have a mature and calm male dog. Lots of activity, or fast moving children or small pets would likely be too much of a temptation for this mature girl to ignore. She enjoys the peace and quiet of a home with clear rules and boundaries, otherwise, Sheba Lee sees the need to control and herd the chaos.
