Snowball

Snowball is a beautiful 18 month old all white female GSD. She is a petite girl at around 50lbs, and a little on the skinny side. She was surrendered by her owner, due to the owner's health issues. Snowball was mainly an outside dog, but seems to have some familiarity with the house. We have been working on her house manors, correcting her when she counter surfs or jumps on the furniture. She very much wants to please her humans, and becomes submissive and rolls over on her back when corrected. She appears to be housebroken, as we have had no accidents in the house, and she alerts us when she needs to go outside. Snowball is very affectionate, and loves to have her tummy rubbed.

She rides nicely in the car. Snowball is getting along well with the other 2 year old male GSD in her foster home. They spend hours chasing each other around the house and yard. Snowball likes to go out for walks, but does need a little work on her leash manners as she has a tendency to pull. She has been reactive to the neighborhood cats, when we are out for a walk, pulling on the leash and barking.

It is unknown how she will react to small critters or children. Snowball needs a home where she will continue to be trained, socialized and included in daily activities.
