Maddie was surrendered to a NorCal shelter because the child in her home was allergic.  She is a sweet, soft, easy-to-live-with girl who will turn herself inside out to give kisses to anyone willing to stand still long enough.  Even with no formal training she walks fairly well on leash, she knows "sit," and her fosterer is working on the basic commands.  Gentle Maddie has the potential to be an excellent family pet or a great dog for someone interested in getting into obedience work.  She's a very quick learner.
